While Seamless Walls & Ceilings provides you with access to this system for business purposes, all intellectual property rights in the WINWINI platform—including its design, code, features, and underlying technology—remain the property of Availdata.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the software. Unauthorized use of our proprietary systems, including attempts to replicate or create derivative works, is strictly prohibited. These protections apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and reflect our intent to enforce our rights vigorously.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates provided through our website or extranet are non-binding until confirmed by a signed agreement. Pricing, scope, and timelines are subject to final review and written approval.
